How do I get started?

If you're interested in working together, let's book a free 15 minute phone consultation where we can chat and decide if we'd like to move forward. From there, we'll schedule a 90 minute intake session and continue with regular sessions after that if you choose. Where do you provide therapy?

I offer sessions in person at Coastal Wellness in Suntree or online for anyone in the state of Florida.

How much does therapy cost?

Individual Therapy - $145/~50 minute session

Couples Therapy - $180/~75 minute session

Group Therapy - varies from $75-$150/group based on group and length

Do you offer sliding scale appointments?

Yes, a limited number of sliding scale appointments are available with proof of income.

Do you accept insurance?

No insurance accepted at this time.

What is your cancellation policy?

For individual and couples sessions, 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any fees. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full fee of the missed appointment.
